Our vision is to strive to inspire electrical engineering excellence through quality education and training to all our clients that pay attention to detail, regulation, clarity, application, and implementation. It is our belief that if we play our part, the dream of an equitable society could soon rather than later, become a reality
WCC Assessment is an established Private College that was founded in 2011, that continues to provide Vocational and Technical Electrical Engineering Education and Training Services. Our core business is to Educate, Equip, Train and Upskill all people in need of our services that they may, have access to better employment opportunities, and start up their own successful Businesses, particularly within a variety of Electrical Installations in the Construction, Manufacturing, Chemical, Energy, Mining, Municipal, Agricultural and Railway environments.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to produce well trained, competent and professional well rounded and empowered independent electrical practitioners that will empower the Nation, South Africa and beyond more especially the youth in economically depressed communities. The mission is to ensure that our WCC Assessments Vocational and Technical skills development reaches as far as to impoverished communities so that most local people also benefit through the sustainability of our Education and Training Service.
OUR ACCREDITATION
Our Institution is CIPC registered and all our Courses are accredited with EWSETA, QCTO, and SAPVIA

William Culbert (Founder)
William qualified as a Millwright at Iscor Works Pretoria in 1962. He spent a number of years working as an electrician in Germany, Australia and Canada. In 1970 he obtained a Wireman’s licence. In 1975 he started the Apprentice Training School for the City Council of Pretoria and retired as Head of Trade Training at Premos in 2003. William is a registered Assessor with ETDP SETA and EWSETA. He has been assessing electricians since 2007. William also prepares electricians to write the Installation Rules and Specialised Codes exams. William has a N6 in Electrical Engineering and became a Master Installation Electrician in February 1995.
